Donating to the fight against childhood cancer has never been easier!

The amount of your donation will be charged to your cell phone bill. Your carrier will forward the entire amount to Gustave Roussy. There is no additional charge for sending the text message.

Donating via text message is available only in mainland France for customers of Bouygues Télécom, Orange, SFR, and Free (excluding customers on capped plans). This service is therefore not available to customers of foreign carriers.

Sending the text message is free; only the donation amount will appear on your cell phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account. The amount will then be transferred directly to Gustave Roussy.

Which carriers allow SMS donations?

Donating via text message is available only in metropolitan France for customers of Bouygues Télécom, Orange, SFR, and Free (excluding customers on locked-in plans). It is not possible to donate via text message if you are a customer of a foreign carrier.

How will my donation be billed?

If you have an Orange mobile plan (excluding capped plans) or an SFR mobile plan (excluding prepaid and capped plan customers, who cannot donate via text message), the amount of your donation will appear on the monthly bill sent to you by your carrier. If you have an Orange prepaid plan or a capped plan, the donation will be deducted from your credit balance.

Is there a charge for sending a text message to make a donation?

There is no surcharge for sending an SMS to 92 250, but depending on your plan, you may be charged for sending the SMS; the donation amount will be billed by your carrier, which will forward the full amount to Gustave Roussy.

Is there a limit on SMS donations?

You can make one or more donations via text message to 92 250, up to a limit of 50 € per month across all organizations. The amount of each text message donation is limited to 20 €.

Will I receive other donation requests via text message?

You may receive requests from Gustave Roussy, but you can easily opt out. Simply text STOP to 92 250. This opt-out service is free.
