- You are already a patient at Gustave Roussy → contact the administrative office of the department that usually treats you directly.
How do you submit your application?
Online appointment scheduling is available for certain specialties. Fill out the online form: once your request has been processed, you will be contacted within 48 business hours.
What You'll Need to Provide
The form asks for three types of information:
Your personal information
Last name, first name(s), date of birth, and gender. If the request is made by a family member or a doctor, their contact information will also be requested.
Your contact information
Phone number, email address, and your preference for when to be called back (morning or afternoon).
Your request
The medical specialty or organ involved, and whether you have previously been treated for this cancer. You may also attach your medical records.
Documents to Prepare
To help us process your case, please gather the following documents, if possible, before filling out the form:
- A letter from your doctor
- Your most recent biopsy or surgery report (histology)
- Your most recent imaging report (CT scan, MRI, PET scan, etc.)
If any documents are missing or incomplete, your medical evaluation will be completed at Gustave Roussy.
After you submit your request
Once you have submitted your form, the Gustave Roussy team will call you back within 48 business hours to confirm and schedule your appointment.

Emergency Room
Before coming to the Emergency Room, you must call 01 42 11 42 42. If you arrive without calling first, you will be transferred to another facility.
