Charity Shopping Event to Benefit Gustave Roussy
The Printemps Paris Italie 2 store is once again partnering with Gustave Roussy to organize “Charity Shopping,” leading up to the Odysséa Paris run/walk, to support the fight against breast cancer starting September 7, 2019.
For the 11th consecutive year, Printemps Italie 2 and its partners are offering products from major brands at very attractive prices. All proceeds will be donated to breast cancer research conducted at Gustave Roussy.
The Tower Run
The Montparnasse Tower, a major sponsor of Gustave Roussy, is opening its doors for a sporting, charitable, and dizzying challenge, inviting you to take on the #ORduCommun climb!
Come climb the 1,000 steps, 60 floors, and 210 meters of elevation gain to benefit the “Curing Childhood Cancer in the 21st Century” campaign.
The next event will take place on September 14, 2019.
Take part in Odysséa to support breast cancer research
The Odysséa Paris run/walk, which has benefited Gustave Roussy for the past 10 years, will take place on Saturday, October 5, and Sunday, October 6, 2019, at the Vincennes Racetrack.
Thanks to the generosity of Odysséa Paris participants and related initiatives since 2009, nearly 4 million euros have been donated to Gustave Roussy.
Nicola Werner Challenge
The “Nicola Werner Challenge” cycling race will take place on Saturday, September 14, with 200 cyclists expected to participate. The course is a 210-km loop, with a 140-km option for less experienced riders. The race will start at the KMØ bike shop, near the Arc de Triomphe in Paris.
The “Nicola Werner Challenge” was created by Moritz Werner in memory of his wife Nicola, an artist and cyclist who passed away in 2016 from cancer linked to the human papillomavirus.
